Loose Mineral Foundation feels like a cream upon application and can be used wet (with a sponge) or dry (with mineral Makeup Brush). Compressed Foundation, Blush and Eye Shadow can be applied wet or dry. La Bella Donna products are interchangeable - blush can be used as a shadow or shadow as liquid eyeliner-all with the change of a brush.
